Balance exercise with eating

An active teen needs about 4000-5000 calories a day. But, some may eat more but exercise to burn those extra calories. If you don't exercise you might gain more weight and fat. Also if you don't take in enough calories you maybe become weaker and lose weight. So there has to be a balance between what you eat and how much you exercise. 

Exercise and your diet is very important to your health. Exercises such as running will increase your cardiovascular health,and reduce your risk for diabetes and cancer. Also what you eat will affect your life. Also eating healthy is also very important (Vegetables, Fruits, Lean Meat). Also if you are trying to gain muscle protein is very important. So drinking protein shakes are essential to gaining muscle.
